I’m a sophomore in high school and I already know that I want to pursue the field of trades. Where I live in Indiana it’s in such a high demand and and I would love to do hands on stuff while working my job. I am blessed of the opportunity to be able to have to ask questions and gain knowledge of these jobs, my uncle and dad both are in a apprenticeship program and are one year off getting their journeyman’s license in plumbing and I wanna do this cause of the fact that it’s not as hard as I thought it would be able to apply for one considering the certifications needed for it. Even though I advise it, you don’t NEED to be a straight A student be able to attend plumbing school which I think is great. I can’t wait to learn more about this field.
Im 16 i was wondering if getting into a apprenticeship program would help reach my goal of being a plumber ?
Is there work with you but I do not have enough experience
it wasnt till i got old and more at ease with life in general did i understand what needed to be my view point in the sense of how better my own future skills could have been better serve by a simple understanding that we learn by other mistakes, as well as our own hence there are no dumb questions, just be safe and practice those habits that will leave you each day intact

Very good job guy..
On the service valve before the meter set u should operate slowly to pack the regulator. If you open to quick it could stacy stuck closed. Just a reminder. I used to install those.
Hes a good mentor. I'd take an apprenticeship under em!
I'm electrician

I'm from Alberta, currently -35 here lol, I'm thinking of entering the trade. Is it true, all helpers do to start is dig trenches all day long for 10 hours straight?
Is it feasible to plumb part time while going to college education full time, with enough money to live off of (ie apartment, food, car)?
I need to live on my own, but really need a better way to bring in income other than working full time minimum wage with no room to do anything else. I also want to continue going to college. Is going into the plumbing trade a good option to bring home enough money to support myself while still having the option and freedom to finish my education?
Been a apprentice for a while now I think the best thing to do is the get the tools ready before the tech even needs them. Have everything ready to go. Clean up and bring tools out when you know you don’t need something and just get in there and start working. If you know what you have to do and know how to do it just go for it. People like to see a drive and will reward you for it
No adjustable wrenchs teach him better i would never hear the end
Of leaving teeth marks
This was cool to see. I'm gonna be a plumber some day.
Bro I'm not sure who CB is is he your Apprentice
Why don't you have a Ford key?
If I showed up to work in basketball shorts headed to customer homes my boss would send me home. And if he didn't. My coworker who I'm also apprenticing under would lol
I found your video because I signed up to be a plumber. Why does it take so long to become a journeyman? That looked fairly easy. I wondered what you have to do if there is a broken pipe in someone's wall? Do you have to tear out the wall and rebuild it after?
How do I get into something like this
Wishing my boss was like you lol. He’s a plumbing contractor so we have to work to get paid. But he’s cool.
Forgot to tell him to put gas on slowwwww as it will blow the diaphragm
Whats a pay for a apprentices,?
I’m getting the hell out of office life and doing a plumbing course then work experience and hopefully get into an apprenticeship, always enjoyed helping my dad out with little plumbing projects around the home.
It's actually called a "curb key" guys.. not a meter key or whatever you guys were saying lol. I work in Syracuse NY as a apprentice plumber. My first year working with my dad was exactly like that. But my dad was tougher.. and alot of digging. Keep up the good work gentleman.
So I've been doing plumbing for little bit now and I'm in my first year of school, the plumber i work for is always calling me a fucking idiot and putting me down and its not like im not trying. theres never a minute where my hands are in my pocket or im just fucking off, im constantly giving it my all and he doesn't seem to care. I try to ask him questions about the job and never get an educated response. Are all plumbers like this to the helpers? Or am i just working for a jerk
How do I start?? I wanna start I'm 21
Cool man, the apprentice is the future of the craft!
I wish most bosses were like You!
I'm thinking of doing a pre trade in plumbing or painting any tips ? Also why is electrician the least popular of the trade?
No dielectric fittings on that water heater
I work faster then these two any day
I wish to be a plumber. Hopefully I have a patient boss haha
